This is to set goals that ensure the establishment of efficient, stable, and flexible work systems that comply with global and international standards<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h3>General Assembly<\/h3>\n<div>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As the Libyan Investment Authority is the sole owner of the Libya Africa Investment Portfolio, its General Assembly appoints the Board of Directors and Executive Management. These implement the investment policy, in accordance with its strategic vision<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>Board of Directors<\/h3>\n<div>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Board draws up the general policies, outlines investment strategies, conducts a supervisory role and follows-up on the work of the Executive Management.
