Mr Abdulhadi Almabruk Embaia

  • Joined LAIP’s Board of Directors in 2026.
  • Has more than 25 years’ experience in senior administrative and leadership roles across the public and maritime sectors, including positions within the Ministry of Transport and the Ministry of Labour and Rehabilitation. He has also served as a visiting professor in maritime navigation.
  • Has held a number of senior leadership and advisory positions, including Chairman of the Labour Market Authority; Adviser to the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Transport on ports and maritime transport; Adviser to the Minister for Public Affairs at the Ministry of Labour and Rehabilitation; and Chairman of the Board of a public joint-stock company operating in maritime transport and shipping agency services.
