The Ordinary and Extraordinary General Assembly of Libya Africa Construction and Contracting Company, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Libya Africa Investment Portfolio (LAIP), met on Thursday, 10 September 2026, at LAIP’s headquarters.

The General Assembly considered a number of items on the agenda, including the Board of Directors’ report and the Supervisory Board’s report. It also reviewed and approved the company’s financial statements and auditors’ reports, and approved the appointment of an external audit firm to audit the company’s accounts.

The Assembly also discussed a number of matters relating to the company’s operations and adopted the necessary resolutions.

The meeting forms part of LAIP’s ongoing oversight of its subsidiaries and its wider efforts to strengthen corporate governance and sound management practices across its portfolio companies.
