Dr Issa Salihin Belaid
- Joined LAIP’s Board of Directors in 2026.
- Brings more than 20 years of experience in higher education, encompassing university teaching and academic supervision, as well as institutional performance development and investment advisory work.
- His research covers a range of management disciplines, including human resource management, organisational behaviour, total quality management, strategic planning and administrative leadership. His work has been published in peer-reviewed academic journals and presented at conferences across the Arab region and internationally.
- Holds a PhD in Business Administration from the Arab Academy for Financial and Banking Sciences in Amman, Jordan, awarded in 2010.
